CASE STUDY #2

Type of job: Level III Mould Remediation
Location: Ottawa University, Lamoureux Hall
Client: Ottawa University
Description:  Working in an occupied space, Inflector needed to protect the tenants, the workers and the building itself.  In this project we performed the removal of mould contaminated building materials in accordance with CCA guidelines within an occupied space.

CASE STUDY NO.3

Type of job:  Asbestos Abatement, Bird Excrement Cleanup, Coal Tar Pitch 
Location: West Block, Parliament Hill
Client: Public Works Government Services Canada (PWGSC)
Description: The entire job was performed with supplied air systems, using secret-cleared employees required for the high security national profile site.  In addition, the work was performed in confined spaces and working on elevated platforms, requiring fall protection at all times.  This job included Type 2 & 3 asbestos operations, with the additional challenges of bird excrement and coal tar pitch.

Description: This project consisted of Type 2 & 3 Asbestos Abatement Operations, in addition to Mercury & PCBs Removal and Disposal.

Client: Brewers Retail
Description:  Inflector is responsible for mould Remediation of Mould Contaminated Building Materials as well as the Reinstatement of facility.

CASE STUDY NO.6

Type of job:  Type 3 Asbestos Dry Removal Operation of Mechanical Ductwork on top of High
Voltage Transformers
Location: Heating Plant, Tunney’s Pasture, Ottawa, ON
Client: Public Works Government Service of Canada (PWGSC)
Description:  Using Supplied Air Systems, inflector removed and disposed of asbestos-containing mechanical insulation. This project was complicated as a result of work with supplied air systems in a high voltage zone.

CASE STUDY NO.7

Type of job:  Various Type 2 & 3 Asbestos Abatement
Location: 401 Lebreton Street South, Ottawa, Ontario
Client: Public Works Government Service of Canada (PWGSC)
Description:  401 Lebreton Street South is schedueld for demolition.  Prior to demolition, all asbestos containing materials must be removed and disposed.  In winter conditions Inflector completely abated the interior and exterior of this building in under two months.  This project required the extensive use of scaffolding, and creative heating and power solutions.
