We Take Our Commitment to Quality Seriously
Through our entire process from bidding on a job to the job’s full execution, our team at Inflector works with meticulous focus and concentration to ensure every piece of the job, down to every last detail, is optimized for overall safety and productivity. We are members of leading industry associations, continuously striving to exceed national standards for Occupational Health and Safety.
Health & Safety Accreditation
Health and Safety is a core value at Inflector; it is a part of our company culture. Inflector has Health and Safety experts that hold the National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) and the Certified Registered Safety Person (CRSP) designations as a part of our team. Part of the qualifications to complete the CRSP is a university degree in Occupational Health and Safety demonstrating the comprehensive requirements for joining the team.
We are proud to have earned our Certificate of Recognition (COR®) accreditation through Construction Safety Nova Scotia, the New Brunswick Safety Association and the Alberta Construction Safety Association. The COR® program aims to motivate enhanced Occupational Health and Safety practices, focusing on ensuring companies are meeting all legislative and regulatory requirements in their respective practices. Accredited organizations must pass a series of internal and external audits to demonstrate the implementation of a Health and Safety program that meets the specified requirements.
