We are looking for an Executive and Personal Assistant to the President and CEO for our Ottawa office. Is this opportunity for you?

What the position entails:

The Executive & Personal Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President & CEO. The Executive & Personal Assistant also serves as a liaison to senior management, organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects. The Executive & Personal Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission and results-driven as well as community oriented. The Executive & Personal Assistant will be able to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. ALTERNATE COMPANY SECURITY OFFICER (ACSO)

We are looking for an Alternate Company Security Officer (ACSO) for our Ottawa office. Is this opportunity for you?

What the position entails:

The Alternate Company Security Officer (ACSO) reports to the Company Security Officer (CSO). They are a Technical advisor to the Company Security Officer (CSO) and is in charge of the Company’s general security organization. They are responsible for technical management aspects and/or technical services of the site from a security aspect as well ensure regulatory compliance of the company, risk analysis, and investigations.

They are responsible for maintaining compliance with the Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) Contract Security Program (CSP).
